Our personal trainers for obesity can meet you at your home, or at the gym in your apartment building provided you have one. In our experience, most people feel more comfortable exercising in the privacy of their homes, but the choice is yours.
We are not going to come in and say, "Drop down and give me 100 pushups." It is best to think of us as teachers that are committed to making your new lifestyle a reality. We normally start with a fitness analysis that will determine what you are capable of doing today. From there, we will progress at a rate you feel comfortable with, and within the capabilities of your improving fitness skills.
We are also not going to say, "Here's a 1,000 calorie-per-day food plan." We have Registered Dieticians on staff capable of creating realistic nutritional guidance that you can follow. Just like exercise, we start with where you are today and work on gradual improvements you can really do. Again, the focus of our partnership is on improving, and moving towards the direction of your new healthier lifestyle.
And you will be amazed just how much progress we can make in such a short amount time! It is always the last pounds that are toughest to get rid of. The first ones are the easiest.
