HOMEBODIES professionals have various expertise and are assigned to trainees based upon a client¹s individual goals. While there are a variety of prolific fitness techniques offered under the HOMEBODIES umbrella, all are applied in a fashion that insures the trainee that he or she is getting the most out of each session. This is accomplished by applying compound exercises & strength-in-motion training. The idea is to work multiple muscle groups at one time and/or blend cardio with core or strength training. While these new practices are more challenging, they provide greater results more quickly, and provide our clients the greatest bang for their buck!
