professionals have various expertise and are assigned to trainees
based upon a client¹s individual goals. While there are a variety
of prolific fitness techniques offered under the HOMEBODIES umbrella,
all are applied in a fashion that insures the trainee that he or she
is getting the most out of each session. This is accomplished by applying
compound exercises & strength-in-motion training. The idea is
to work multiple muscle groups at one time and/or blend cardio with
core or strength training. While these new practices are more challenging,
they provide greater results more quickly, and provide our clients
the greatest bang for their buck! Homebodies prides itself on its
proficiency in the following areas: Pilates, Yoga, Cardio Kickboxing,
Dynamic Movement in Motion, Agility & Balance Training, Weight
