Elizabeth Crutchfield HomeBodies Director
Elizabeth Crutchfield, our director, began her fitness career in college as a group aerobics instructor. At the age of 7, she became a regular at her local gymnastic facility and has been part of the Ceccheti Classical Ballet. Elizabeth has over 25 years of experience, thus; establishing a name for her as an authority in the industry of fitness and health.

Elizabeth Crutchfield also holds seminars and lectures regularly on topics regarding health and fitness. She is a member of an international organization called Bryant Park Toastmaster’s, which helps individuals develop public speaking skills and leadership skills too. She is also a member of the New York Chapter of the National Speakers organization.
